When I have a sweet tooth (which is most nights these days) I tend to attack the sweetie cupboard, and this really is not helping with my New Years resolution of eating clean and training hard. (hand over eyes emoji)
I LOVE cooking and baking, so it really didn’t suck having to search through recipes to help stock my shelf with a healthier option (I was in my happy place nose buried in recipe books). I tried and tested loads of recipes with different healthy substitutes and eventually ended up with this gem. This recipe for super yummy chocolate cookies is so easy, super quick to make, and did I mention healthy.
Its low carb, low fat, low sugar, vegan, gluten free, high in protein and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!
